Dr. Michael Chaffee is in private practice in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He received an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. His dental degree, Orthodontic Certificate, and Master’s degree were from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Chaffee became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics in 2003. He is a member of the Texas Orthodontic Study Club, formerly the Charles Tweed Orthodontic Group of Texas. He is an affiliate member of the Edward H. Angle Society – Northwest Component. He began utilizing skeletal anchorage in his practice in 2002, and has lectured in the United States and internationally on the subject.
