Coupon Expiration Date Extension

In April, we extended the scheduled coupon expiration for coupon earned in the 4th quarter of 2010 until July 30th, 2011. At that time, we indicated that we may modify that expiration date, if necessary.

In evaluating our current situation, we have decided to extend the coupon expiration date to September 30th, 2011. As you may know, we announced the Resolve® and Accu-Force™ product lines at AAO. We are pleased that shipments to our customers on some of these new products have begun, however, we acknowledge that there is still a need for further extension of the coupon expiration.
While we anticipate this extension will be more than adequate for you to have the opportunity to redeem all coupon balances earned in Q4, we reserve the right to modify this decision moving forward.
